New York City Players
New York City Players is an experimental theater company founded in 1999 by playwright and director Richard Maxwell. At The Performing Garage, the company has presented developmental performances of works by Maxwell, specials events, and work by artists in NYCP’s Incoming Theatre Division, a program which provides resources and production support to immigrant New Yorkers to develop their stories into theatrical works.
